Welcome to Adventure Dash. This Privacy Policy explains how Culzean Timber Limited ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile game Adventure Dash (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being fully transparent about our data practices.

The App saves the following data exclusively on your device using local storage (shared_preferences). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us:

  • Your high scores and leaderboard entries (Top 10 scores)
  • Selected character preference (Ninja, Robot, or Wizard)
  • Chosen difficulty level (Easy, Medium, or Hard)
  • Settings preferences: sound on/off, vibration on/off, dark jump trails on/off

3. How We Use Information

Since we do not collect any personal information, we do not use your data for any purpose beyond the local functionality of the App itself. All game data remains on your device solely to provide you with a seamless gameplay experience, such as remembering your best scores and preferences between sessions.

4. Third-Party Services

Adventure Dash is built using the following open-source technologies and frameworks:

  • Flutter & Flame Engine — for game rendering and UI
  • shared_preferences — for local data storage on device
  • audioplayers — for sound effects playback
  • vibration — for haptic feedback
  • flutter_animate — for UI animations
  • confetti — for visual effects on high scores

None of these libraries are configured to collect or transmit personal data to external servers. We do not integrate any third-party advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or social login services.

5. App Permissions

Adventure Dash requests only the minimum permissions necessary to function:

  • Vibration — used solely to provide haptic feedback during gameplay when enabled in Settings

We do not request permissions to access your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or any other sensitive device capabilities.

6. Children's Privacy

Adventure Dash is a casual endless runner game suitable for all ages. Since we do not collect any personal data from any users, the App is safe for children. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).

8. Data Retention & Deletion

All data stored by Adventure Dash (scores and settings) is held locally on your device. You can delete this data at any time by:

  • Clearing the App's storage via your device's Settings > Apps > Adventure Dash > Clear Data
  • Uninstalling the App from your device

There is no data stored on our servers to delete, as we do not collect any.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your country or region of residence, you may have certain rights regarding personal data. Since Adventure Dash does not collect any personal data, these rights are inherently satisfied.
